Core Values

Our practices and attitudes are underpinned by these six core values:

Respect                      Respect for children, parents, and each other.
Positivity                   We aim to ensure that Preschool is a positive environment for children, parents, and                                     our team members.
Quality                      We aim to provide the highest quality experience, environment and relationships for                                     children, parents, and our team members.
Uniqueness                We strive to maintain and develop our unique qualities.
Achievements            We aim to foster in each and every child a love of learning, an enquiring mind and                                       desire to discover.

Professional Team     We aim to develop a highly professional team through in house training and ongoing                                     professional development and motivation, in the pursuit of excellence.

Families are our partners. We work closely with parents through open communication, ensuring they remain connected to their child’s learning.

Inclusion sits at the heart of our practice. We tailor support to each child and work with other professionals when needed. Our goal is clear, every child leaves us not only ready for school but for life, confident in who they are, and eager to keep learning and exploring the world around them.

Curriculum

‘Individually We Matter, Together we Shine, Inspire, Challenge and Achieve

Our curriculum inspires every child to develop essential life skills, build knowledge, and grow in confidence and character. It nurtures curiosity, independence, and a love of learning that lasts.

Our curriculum is bespoke and ambitious as it will be focused upon our children, their interests and the community they live in. At the heart of our curriculum is is the children's communication and language, personal, social and emotional development and physical development and this will go hand in hand with developing their knowledge and understanding of the literacy, maths, understanding the world and expressive arts and design, ensuring that we create a world of opportunities for them. We believe that each child is a unique child, and our curriculum will aim to develop the individual, challenging them at every opportunity whilst building on knowledge and skills.

We build healthy habits and independence. Children pour their own drinks, and take pride in managing daily routines.
